Tried the Costco Beef Bulgogi for the first time, and really liked it. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/105179/spicy-cabbage-kimchi Pour the Bulgogi in the Instant Pot, sprinkle on crushed red pepper, set for Pressure Cook for 20 minutes, lock the lid, and cancel the Keep Warm. Normally Kimchi is prepared with seafood ingredients / sauces which lend it a more robust flavor, but the variant at Costco lacks this.
